Internal note time shows error

Hi,

When I post internal note to tickets, It shows 30min. forwarded time.

Look at this, my time zone is GMT

Look at this also, I posted this internal note at the same time but it shows 30min different.:(

Time zone is working properly but internal note's posting time is 30min faster.

Please help me...
