I seem to be stuck at something obvious but I fail to see solution :(
In order to prevent the typical mail-loop from "out-of-office-autoresponders" responding to "new-ticket-autoresponders", the following setup occurred to me:
"New Tickes / New Message" autoresponders are send from a noreply-department@foo.bar address which has autoresonders disabled for the emailaddress in "Admin Panel > Emails > noreply-department@foo.bar > Auto Response : Disabled"
Unfortunately this seem to have no effect since I still get auto responders (new-message) when replying to a noreply address.
(I wonder if there is a way to formulate that sentence less horrifying *g*)
Any ideas where the problem might be?
The only other solution might be to setup an extra department and disable the autoresponders there - not very nice.
