Ok,
So the only other issue I have with osTicket is as follows:
When emailing a ticket in, the ticket is processed and the attachment is placed in the attachment folder.
When pulling up the ticket, it shows the attachment there but has no size listed (i.e. bytes) for the file size.
When you click on the attachment it comes up with the "No Such File" page that appears to be generated from the attachment.php from the "see if the file actually exists" section.
If you look at the database table for ost_ticket_attachment you can see that the attachment is in the database but the file_size field is blank for that attachment. Now I can go to the attachment directory and pull up the attachment that was placed there when the email ticket was created.
I tried searching the forum but couldn’t find anything similar to this.
