It seems that I have a similar problem with someone else from this forum: I have about 5 different emails that are not deleted from the server although I have enable the option to DELETE fetched messages.
Those emails keep regenerating themselves as new tickets, regardless if I mark them closed or I delete the tickets.
Any idea why? Maybe some permissions on a configuration file where the OST is writing the info about how to delete fetched messages?
I am running the latest stable version.
