Hello...
I have the following problem, I was hoping maybe someone could provided some information why this isn't happening for some reason:
I use mowes to host the osticket system on a network with internet. Osticket can send emails by a internal php system, or by using a gmail account.
Problem is setuping up the email account or internal php email, the system says that the gmail account did not respond or did not get a replay from the server. (internal php mail system also doesn't work) I have used every possible setting or trick I know. (including using a totally different internet connection without firewall and different account, email hosting (internal insecured mail system) and security.
There is no respone from the mail servers at all at any point, I was wondering if mowes is blocking email traffic or something? There's is also nothing to see when I monitor the connection with wireshark. Imap is enabled. I wonder this is a software problem? Or go the two not together?
