I have been working with my web host (after abandoning PIPing messages to my osTicket install) to get my CRON jobs setup correctly.
They are running fine, my permissions on my cron.php file are set to 755 and the server logs show the jobs running successfully every minute.
However, messages are not being pulled out of the POP mail system (they are still on the server) and not showing up as tickets in the system.
If I turnon Autocron it works just fine, but that is not an option as I do not have a staff member logged in at any time.
Please help.
