Wonderful product, really impressive. One question, though - would it be possible to attach a large (over 500M) binary file to a newly created trouble ticket, and send it to a host server via ftp? I've been hacking around using ftp within php (e.g. ftp_put) commands inside the open.php file - but I may be way off course there. I'm no expert which is why I'm wondering if anyone here has any thoughts on the matter.
