Hi,
I have been trying to connect via smtp with osticket to send out mails only.
I have not been able to do this at all. I even gave all access to my webhost, and even some freelancers, and we all had the same problem. We copy pasted the information, even with my iphone. My iphone connected perfectly, but osticket keeps giving errors.

When I press disable, it saves the email is saved, no idea what that means.
Can someone please look at this?
I can reveal my source code for download on request of a moderator approved by osticket.
I have noticed many other people all over the web have the same problem, some had solutions, but they didn't work for me. Anything that can help is GREAT!
