Someone set a weak DB password for osticket to use.
When I went to search for how to change the password that Osticket uses to connect, I found that there was zero documentation online making reference to it, no hint of where it's found, or how to go about changing it.
I searched the contents of every OSticket file, nothing !
grep "password" /var/www/html/ticket/*
nada
If it's not kept in a file like wordpress et al, why the heck in the universe not?
Where is it?

nada
its not in Osticket's ost_config table
