I have a problem with the confirmation e-mail when a user is opening a ticket:
How can I change, that the new lines in that emails start with a "=" sign? It is killing my weblink to the tickets.
for example it is looking like:

http://thisismyticketsystemlink.de/t...ail&t=01=(this(http://thisismyticketsystemlink.de/t...ail&t=01=(this) "=" shouldn´t be there and splits up the link)

I know its possible to enter the "own tickets" section without clicking on the link...but hey - we are talking about people in technical need here ^^ I want to leave the ticket system as easy as possible for them, so that they don´t need to put in more than just the problem description manually.
Another minor Problem I couldn´t stop from returning is, that those confirmation mails get "stripped" of nearly all blanks. It seems to be automatically done by Outlook2007 and a small click on the responsible field in Outlook2007 brings all blank spaces back - but isn´t there a possibility to fix this on side of the OSTicket System?
I hope you can help me fixing my problems.
