I'm looking for open source trouble ticketing system that has feedback system integrated into it (or available as module). I'd like to have link at end of each mail that would go to short feedback form so that user could express their opinion about quality of answer. Can osTicket do that for me?

By feedack system do you mean a system for a manager with statistics or a survey for the users to know their satisfaction ?
