Email Piping Problems

I am new to osTicket and trying to use the email Piping feature. I am getting error messages when trying to send messages to the Cpanel created Forwarder.

Here is the log file output:

I have played with permissions settling on 764. I have tried changing the HASHBANG to different paths, all to no avail.

Please help

Dear,

I have the same problem.

I try all options to solved, but not have sucess.

The pipe work fine, but return a error e-mail that not have delivered.

A permission setting of 764 does not make much sense, could work but could also be wrong. To be more on the safe side set it to 755 or ask an admin/support people what the correct permissions are.
