I have added a mod on my osTicket system, that I can edit the name and the e-mail address of the client.
I needed that because I have a form on my website, that sends an e-mail to a mailbox, and osticket gets the e-mail and makes it a ticket.
So, the e-mail address that shows on the ticket is the website e-mail address, not the user's.
Some people of my staff just send the response without editing the e-mail field, and the user, of course, don't get the response on his/her e-mail.
I need to know for wich e-mail address the response has been sent to, something like this.
For example, on the reply, the title of the reply should appear:
Sun, Jan 10 2010 6 - Replier - Sent to e-mail@provider.com
It's important that the e-mail shown is the e-mail set when the message was posted, and not the latest e-mail address set on the ticket.
Oh.. I am using RC4 version.
