Hi,
I have an issue with the pop3 system on OsTicket. I correctly configured OsTicket to fetch the mails (every 10min) from a pop3 account.
But several times a day I receive following errors:
The system is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account:
User: #email#
Host: #host#
Error: TLS/SSL failure for #host#: SSL negotiation failed
5 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed
This could be connection issues related to the host. Next delayed login attempt in aprox. 10 minutes
But mails to get fetched eventually ...
Anybody any idea why OsTicket has difficulties fetching mails ? We don't have the problem with our Exchange Server which fetches on the same pop3 server.
