I installed the latest stable version and everything seems to run the way it should. Now I would like to check settings that I entered during the the setup process. How can I change settings after installation? When I log in as admin, I cant´t find anything like "settings".

I believe you need to go to:
http://sitename/support/scp(http://sitename/support/scp)
that is the administrative section of the ticketing system.
