i get the following error on the top when open the installation page

Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_811ff009b9588be9f1ac5ddf6700ae98, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /upload/setup/install.php on line 27

and when fill the whole first page and press install button i get the following error

Unable to connect to MySQL server. Possibly invalid login info

i create the seprate database which name is ticket

can any buddy help me on this issue

I got the same issue, i managed to clear the error by simply deleting the session start line (line 27)

then install goes ok but when i try to log in nothing happns, I type my user and pass, and it stays in the login page, not even an error...

The same (login page issue) happened with the session start error. Any help?

Session Problem

Looks like you are having problem getting your session working.

PHP by default stores session info in files in the tmp folder (as apparent in the error message). For some reason, the file cannot be created or opened. These session files hold temporary information about your visit to the website.

This is a hosting issue. It is very rare that you would have control over this folder on your hosting account. Contact support at your web hosts to inform them of the problem.
