Hello
I have a problem when i close a ticket or one of the staff members commets
a ticket y dont get the reply mail to staff and manager only sends a mail
to the person that open the ticket.
I upload a screen of the settings in Autoresponders (Global Setting)
and Alerts & Notices (all is "enabled" )
What is the problem ?
Is osticket 1.6.0 updated from 1.6rc4
but in rc4 dont work either
