After a freesh Installation i get this ... "Support Ticket System Offline

need help if any one knows how to please.

Thank you I read the forum and found the soulution.

1 need to log in as admin

http://www.yourdomain.com/osticket/scp/login.php(http://www.yourdomain.com/osticket/scp/login.php)

2 change the offline to the online.
