Hello - Another suggestion I would like to make for the OSTicket discussion system.
Instead of having a field at the bottom, there could be a reply button under each note or thread post. Clicking this button would expand a field for the reply, much like the 'quick reply' feature found on some forums.
I believe this would eliminate the current possibility for error when choosing between the Internet Notes and Ticket thread tabs for replies.
