Want to add line of text to print output

Hi,

I have this working like a charm, however when it prints, I would like a disclaimer to be printed, which my customer would then sign to confirm receipt.

Does anyone know how I can add a line of text to the print out?

Si tuvieron problemas porque las letras del print.css se ven muy grandes, les dejo el print.css solo con marcos en la información del ticket y las respuestas tanto del cliente como del staff. Sigan las instrucciones al principio del post solo cambien el archivo print.css por el que dejo adjunto. renombrelo con terminacion css. Suerte y gracias!!!

If you had trouble because the letters of print.css are very large, I leave the print.css only with frames in the ticket information and the responses of both client and staff. Follow the instructions at the beginning of the post only change the print.css file attachment on the left. Rename file print.txt to print.css Good luck and thanks!

I love this mod, but I have a couple of things that would make it even better.

1. I would love to add my own logo and some basic info about my company to the top of the page.

2. I would like to have the internal notes to not be printed.

3. The print is to big, how can that be changed to a smaller font.

I have looked all through this thread and I see that some people meet with success. I have tried all that they have without success.

If there is anyone that can help me out I would be very grateful. I would love to use this as a system to send my techs out to a customer site.

Ok...I will try to write this as acccurate as it can be because my english is bad.

If you want to customize print page ticket all you have to do is too put in print.css code:

div.somename {display: block !important;}

Now open viewticket.inc.php and if you want to add something but you dont want to be visible on that page but only visible in print page..

I am invisible

You will not see text "I am invisible" but you will see it on print page.

You can now add pictures,columms :)))
