I've been using OSticket for about a week now and I'm loving it! ...except for one item. I answer a LOT of tickets and I always have to scroll to the top of the ticket I just closed and click "tickets". I want it to default to either going to the inbox or going to the next ticket each time I finish up with a ticket. That would save me a TON of time.
Thanks so much for this great tool. Is there a "donate" button some place? You might consider letting people "buy" the software for a donation instead of requiring a free download. You'll get a lot of $0.01 purchases but I'd like to send you more than that. ;)
