We are having to migrate our OSTicket system from one windows server to another and I have got the majority of the system up and running but the e-mail function no longer works. I keep getting an internal error when trying to add a new e-mail or amend an existing one like alerts. Its almost like it can not write the changes?
Our old setup was:
Windows Server 2003
MySql
PHP
Apache
Our new setup is:
Windows Server 2008
MySql
PHP
IIS7
Any ideas would be helpful or ideas on where to start looking?
