Cron.php Fetch Failing - No messages / log

I've configured my Email accounts through the Email settings; it allowed me to save them (which according to documentation means that it successfully logged in).

I'm using Google Apps for my Email hosting.

I've tried running the Cron manually and through cron. I also enabled the "Auto Cron" feature and clicked through several items. It's still not fetching the mail.

I'm not getting any error sin my PHP Error Log, Apache Error Log or a message through the osTicket Log.

I'm not sure what my next step is, aside from reverse engineering the software to find out what the problem is, I'd rather not have to do this though.

If there's any other information you need; please just ask.

Update: I set my logging to "DEBUG"

This is the message I got.

Fun fact: I'm an idiot. Completely missed the setting for fetching mail.
