I need my system to have a login for a regular client. Within that client I want them to be able to submit tickets and the system store what organization they belong to (sub unit as well). For example. Company A dept xyz.
When a client logs in to submit a ticket it auto fills their information as well their default help topic. They can view all their tickets as they will usually have several at a time.
