I had OSTicket installed on my Ubuntu server until I had to reload it.
I reinstalled OSTicket and everything works fine with the exception of the speed. When a user submits a new ticket it takes almost two minutes before they get a confirmation screen. But I see the ticket on the server as soon as they hit submit.
From the server's admin panel, when I post a reply, it also takes a little over a minute to update.
All the computers are on the same LAN and it wasn't like this originally. So I pretty sure it's a configuration issue.
