Wondering how challenging it would be to integrate (or create a plugin for?) a central file system for client uploads?
Something which allows clients (new ticket creators) to upload files to a secure area on the server. This feature could integrate their name or email information from the new ticket to identify their files.
Perhaps a plugin like this already exists?
