hey all, we're just beginning to use osTicket, and so far, so good.
but ....
that 1990's tabled-up front-end had to go! we're fine using the backend the way it looks -- it only needs to be usable, right? but the front end interface is our face to our clients, and as a development company that claims to be on the bleeding edge of web development, that client front-end needed an update. badly. i'm surprised there aren't more people complaining about this.

i'd be glad to offer up the php files if anyone is interested. i think this product is absolutely awesome, but i have a feeling everyone is probably more interested in the php/security/speed rather than squeaky clean markup and web standards (feel free to do a view source btw) ...
but ain't she sweet ...
