Check and make sure class.format.php exists inside the include directory. If it does, replace it as it may have become corrupt during upload. If not, then that's your problem.

Okay that seemed to wotk.. now i got another problem and hope you can help me with that too....

I got all the MySQL database infomation when i set it up but only think i dont have is the Tableprefix info... what is this?

MySQL Table Prefix: ???

MySQL Hostname: Checked - ok;)

MySQL Database: Checked - ok;)

MySQL Username: Checked - ok;)

MySQL Password: Checked - ok;)

Whatever you like. The table prefix is just a prefix you can add if you're sharing a database with another app.

Tanks for all your help.. and install is done now...

Now after i have been into the admin panel sins it was installed...

I now have a problem finding back to the login screen. cuz when i open my address were prople can add support tickets there is no log in as admin screen anywere.

only screen i have is this; so were is the actual login screen?
