Hi,
I want to add new status fileds like customer action, in process etc.
as of now we are having one check box like close on reply but i want to change it in process or customer action etc
Because if reply to the ticket means it is not closed, it may be in progree on nedd any other information from customer etc etc.
It is better if we have it like drop box like priority change.Ststus change drop box to staff and the end user can see the status like in process etc.
