Been using osticket for a while now and always been slightly annoyed by how the navigation is out of the box having to click twice for some links.
spending some time a week in it (20-50cases a day) i decided its time to redo it to my own taste
about 3hours of effort put into it as it is now and not finished stylewise but fully functional as it is exept for the new search not done yet.
sofar done:
- remove top navigation and added a side menu
- relocated footer
- redone login screen to match blueish theme
- uniqe icons for each menu item
- started tweaking the css files to match osticket to the blueish theme
todo list:
- redo search so i get it in side menu with radio boxes instead of multiple
- add some new fields to tickets for status as "at service" and such
