I have three employees that use the OS system to answer customer service Emails. I would like to search for all tickets answered each day. When I sort by date it sorts by the date the ticket was created and not the date it was closed.
The answered tickets que does not appear to be all the tickets for the day. Is the idea here that the guys answer the tickets and leave them open for me someone else to close?
Any suggestions how I can monitor the tickets each day without having them all assigned to me.
