I tried to use %message in my Ticket Response/Reply, But I just got %message in my mail body , not showing any words.
What version of osticket are you using?
I discovered same problem
'%message' and '%response' are both empty in sent mails :(
only the variable names are shown
I'm running "osTicket_1.6.0_Stable_GERMAN-v2"
