Cant create new tickets now

for some reason we now get an error when creating tickets. the error that is email is as below:

Unknown column 'priority' in 'field list'

That doesn't look like a query osTicket would output - is this a customized version?

its not customized. we have only added a few ticket fields and logo's thats it..

It's customized! Adding fields is customization to me - try getting help on MOD section of the forum.
