Hi,
I would like to see an option where a department can have a default assignee.
We currently have a situation were we have a department with only 1 support employee. This person is already setup as the Department Manager, yet the tickets that arrive are not automatically assigned. Since we wish to generate reports based on the assignees, this person now has to manually set the assignee field for each request.
If there would be a default assignee option, we would be able to get rid of this overhead.
