Greetings,
I installed the osTicket to increase my pages on my website and save some time creating FAQ and toubleshooting pages. Now everyting is done, there is one problem, how can I make my main page of support system to display all the tickets logged in by users, and when anyone clicks it, the problem and solution is shown only, and nothing else (like no information of the user). I want others to see what are the common problems, before asking the same question again and again.
