Hi there,
We will use osTicket to mange tickets that coordinates a remote support team that will help us with our technological infraestructure (middleware components on a medium size bank).
As the administrator I have created some "help topics" say "Database", "Network", "Storage", "Server" to put some examples..
It will be very nice if all the tickets I correlate with a help topic can be browsed and searched. I don't know if this feature already exists. If so, please kindly give me an advice. If not, it will be please tell me a quick hint what tables in the database I need to query to get that information.
I am not a PHP developer (I can write Java/C/C++ programs but PHP is currently not in may domain) buy maybe I can query that info by other means.
