I'm considering migrating from eticket. The need for a helpdesk arrose about 5 months ago and we found this and eticket. We ended up going with eticket as this project looked like it was dead, and it had been for over a year. But eticket is ok but not great, so I'm considering migrating back to osticket. Can anyone tell me the major differences between the two? I know eticket was a fork of osticket.... but i'm not sure what different.
Also is there any sort of migration so that all existing tickets can be kept and imported into osticket?
