I was wondering if there was any plan on creating a plugin repository for the OSTicket.
Currently every single modification has been in the source code and therefore not upgrade friendly. Is there a better way to implement new features within OSTicket.
Some of the stuff I've *hacked* in OSTicket:
- Additional fields for tickets
- Email address detection to classify/group tickets
It's not intensive as of now, but it would be nice if it could be retained from each version update and easily distributed
