Hi, I'm kinda new to php setting... I'm trying to fix something about the Client Auto email sending with the ticket id when they create a new ticket.
First I'm using an external Email wich is not related to my website mail...
I receive an email when the client make a ticket, but the client never receive any email with the ticket id in it. I've been looking through this forums for more than 2 days, I've set up all department and setting to enable...
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with a code or link me to a page that explain how to fix this up.
