Going round in circles - need some advice.
At the moment I'm only interested in outgoing emails.
I'm testing that emails are being sent to user after they have created a ticket.
I am using my normal address when pretending to be the customer ie xxxx.xxxx@ntlworld.com and hoping that an email comes through to this addie after customer creates ticket. It sends an alert internally but cannot it to send one to customer. Can anybody explain simply how to set the emails up.
