Hi,
i installed osTicket in our web server (win2003 IIS 6).
i configured IIS to use FastCGI for PHP sittings. then i installed osticket and it works fine.
after that i read in the net that configuring IIS 6 to use ISAPI will make php much faster and stable.
so i change the iis website sittings to use ISAPI but osTicket not working any more when i return the site back to CGI it works as before.
Is ISAPI really better than CGI and is there a fix to this issue or do i have to install osTicket again after sitting ISAPI
Please advice.
