Notification on ticket update

Hi all,

I searched the forums and FAQ and didnt see the answer so if this has been addressed already please point me in the right direction.

I just upgraded to the newest version of Osticket and i was trying to find in the preferences were you setup notifications when tickets are updated. So basically every time a ticket is updated I want a notification sent out to the other users via email saying that ticket has bee updated. Is it in the preferences or do I have to add a mod to do this?

Looking for this mod as well

Any direction would be helpful.

Need: When a reply is added to ticket all dept users are notified via email. Currently works for internal notes, not Post Reply.
