Hey guys, I want to install osTicket, but have a couple questions.
1) Is there any way to easily integrate osTicket with WHMCS accounts? I want to use this ticket system, but don't want to require my users to have any more accounts than need be. I was about to give in and just use the built in WHMCS ticket system, but I really like the look of this one if that is possible.
2) Is there any sort of external app available for osTicket that is similar to Kayako's LiveAlert? (Application that polls for new tickets every X minutes and plays a sound/popup if there is) If theres not, I would be interested in creating one, but im wondering if theres an API that I could connect to, or would it be best just to check the database every X minutes.
