Hello,
I have following problem. Sometimes our customers send e-mails to our several e-mail addresses. Some of them are included in OSTicket, others aren't.
First question is: how to check in OST to who e-mail was also send?
Second question: when customer sends one e-mail to two addresses, which both are configured in OST but for different Departments, in which dept. ticket will be created?
