I have attached a copy of my modified tickets.inc - my problem is getting my columns straightened out. I now have two "status" columns with one sorting, but not correctly.
I would like to be able to sort all the open tickets to show first.
It would be awesome to hide closed tickets, or if we could have an "archive" of "My Closed Tickets" in osTicket. :)
