Unable to login

I just installed OSTicket and I got the message saying the installation was successful. I changed file permissions on the specified php file and deleted the setup directory.

When I go to login to the control panel nothing happens. I put in the correct username and password, but it will not login.

Any ideas?

OK, so I messed with the error reporting and enabled it. Now, at the login I have a page rittled with errors, however it DOES let me login.

Once I login I get a ton of other errors, and nothing really works, if I click on anything it asks me to login.

Hmm, it says the scp is not accessible (404). It looks like at least the client side is still there, albeit with problems!

Are you sure you ONLY deleted the setup folder? You didn't change anything else? And it was working before you did that?

I think you will probably solve this fastest by reinstalling. Perhaps try uploading the setup folder again...

It looks like, either in the process of trying to fix it, you have removed some necessary files, or you were missing them to begin with.

I would start by re-uploading everything (keeping your inc/settings.inc.php) and if that doesn't work, a reinstall.

However, when it comes to a complete reinstall, at this point I would say that, unless you're in a big hurry, wait a day or two, as we'll be releasing an update this week and it would save you the trouble of upgrading.

I tried reinstalling and leaving all files, it still does not work. I will be patiently waiting for the upgrade :)
