my business will consist of 10 departments. 5 of them for customer service and the other 5 for "in-house" team request like...
"dealing-with-difficult-customers"
"site-wish-list"
"vendor-cost-issues"
etc...
so basically if sales has an issue with a customer, they can put in ticket request to "dealing-with-difficult-customers" so that that the proper employee can deal with that ticket issue. I obviously don't want customers to see that drop-down option - so how can osticket only reserve departments for in-house administrators to send to each other, rather than making all departments available for the public eye?
