There are anything done (or is it possible) to a costumer see all your tickets?
For example: He have a login and password, and with this see all his tickets?
Any ways to make this using osticket?
Currently, when a user logs in with a ticket id and email address, they see all tickets created under that email address.
We will be adding user accounts in the future.
