Aging, Ticket Summary, & Ticket for Staff Report Error

I have enabled this mod on osTicket 1.6 ST, and it is great! However, there is a discrepancy in the number of Active Tickets listed under the "Ticket Aging" "Ticket Summary" and the total number of Open Tickets under the Staff Panel. Under the Staff Panel, the total number of open tickets is 42. The Ticket Aging lists total number of active tickets as 33, and under Ticket Summary the total number of active tickets as 40. Is there a difference between active and open?

I get the following DB error:

Mon, Apr 4 2011 12 DB Error #1065

Query was empty

When pulling the "Ticket Summary" Report. I can not see where this is coming from, please help to correct
