Most of my support agents use BlackBerry's throughout the day, and it would be fantastic to be able to either mod our osTicket so that it's better viewed on a small screen, or maybe have a link for "Mobile Version" that only allows viewing, modifying, and closing of tickets, as well as creating new ones.
Is there anything that you all know of that currently does something like this? Or a way to go about it? I have some experience in programming applications for the BlackBerry, but am not quite sure how to start something like this.
I'm thinking the easiest way would be to make a mobile view of the osTicket interface, but would need the help of you pros for that. Depending on the cost, I'd be willing to pay for it as well.
